- *About the Role:*
- Cross Fit Coogee - Maroubra is seeking a full-time Gym Manager to instruct participants of all ages using our science-based program designed by Andrew Stowe. In this role, you will receive one-on-one mentoring to maximize your skills and ensure that all sessions are well-supervised, delivering optimum results.

- *Key Details:*
- *Position:* Full-Time Gym Manager
- *Hours:* 38 hours per week
- *Location:* Our Coogee and Maroubra facilities

- *Prerequisites:*
- Formal qualifications and a minimum of three years of on-the-job experience
- Note: On-the-job training will be provided in addition to your previous experience

- *Responsibilities:*
- Planning and organising a diverse range of fitness programs AND facilities
- Promoting our facilities through effective publicity to attract clients.
- Scheduling games and competitions to keep our community active and engaged.
- Selecting, training, and supervising a dedicated team of staff.
- Ensuring our facilities are well-maintained and meet all safety standards.
- Providing coaching, fitness instruction, and personalised training for clients.
- Planning and organising catering services to enhance our offerings.

The ability to take on additional tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly is essential.
