**Job Overview**

This role oversees the retail operations of a gym, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Determining product and service mix, stock levels, and service standards
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
  • Promoting and advertising the gym's goods and services
  • Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
  • Undertaking budgeting for the gym
  • Controlling selection, training, and supervision of staff
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

**Requirements**

  • Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 1+ year work experience as a Retail Manager in the Gym
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)
