BGIS is seeking a **Full-Time Lifeguard / Gym Attendant**to join our team at **Holsworthy Army Barracks**. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a structured, active environment while making a positive impact every day.

**What You'll Be Doing**
In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the daily operation of the on-site gym and pool, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and support for defence personnel.

Key duties include:

- Opening and closing the gym
- Monitoring pool and gym safety and responding to incidents with First Aid and CPR
- Checking IDs and managing member sign-ins
- Supporting Physical Training Instructors with setup and pack-down
- Maintaining cleanliness, equipment, and loan items
- Managing bookings and customer enquiries
- Reporting maintenance issues and participating in stocktakes

**What You'll Bring**
- Current **First Aid**and **Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard**certificate (required)
- Strong swimming ability (must demonstrate ability to touch 6m pool floor within 6 months)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
- Professional and reliable work ethic
- Willingness to undergo **Baseline Security Clearance**:

- Availability for weekday shifts with potential for weekend overtime
