What you'll be doing
Supporting young people with evidence-based mental health care
Delivering assessments, care coordination, and interventions that matter
Facilitating group sessions for young people and their families
Creating individualised treatment plans that work

What you'll bring
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or similar
Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body
Advanced clinical skills and a toolkit of treatment approaches
Ability to connect with diverse clients and build real rapport
Top-notch communication, time management, and organisational skills
Confidence with tech – from report writing to client info systems
