We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our vibrant team at headspace Bathurst. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with young people aged 12–25 who are experiencing mental health concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering evidence-based mental health care to support the well-being of young people
  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing interventions that cater to individual needs
  • Facilitating group sessions for young people and their families, promoting social connections and community engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Registration with AHPRA, AASW, or a relevant professional body
  • Advanced clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of treatment approaches
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
