**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities***:
**_Recruitment_**
- Develop and manage our staff experience processes - including interviewing and reference checking, induction, training, and onboarding processes, as well as facilitating the cultural development of our teams. Due diligence of recruitment and ongoing interpersonal management
- **_Training & Development_**
- Facilitate training programs for staff across multiple fields, including interpersonal leadership
- Facilitate and manage training programs in partnership with our product teams and department leaders
- Provide mentorship and training in communication skills and cultural sensitivity Develop and manage employee onboarding projects for new staff
- **_Employee experience and performance management_**
- Be the point of contact and responsibility for HR matters: employee evaluations, complaints, progression, sponsorship and immigration, performance management, et al.
- Deescalation and conflict resolution
- Act as a point of contact for staff feedback and queries and provide continuity of communication for staff
- Assist with transparency of our cultural values and how these are represented by staff in each role Manage venue teams to problem-solve matters of interpersonal conflict and instil cultural leadership that resonates with the Group's values
- **_HR Compliance_**
- Maintain integrity of our HR processes, including record-keeping and fastidious communication with staff
- Chair the Staff Safety Committee, and ensure that serious HR incidents are brought before it.
- Develop and update policies within the People & Culture remit. Liaising with consultants
- **_Employee Wellness_**
- Identify and develop ways of enriching staff experiences across the group
- Ideate and execute activities to nourish the experience of staff - including team-building, ongoing communication, fostering openness and creating opportunities for staff to connect with each other.
- Work with our directors on points of cultural advocacy and leadership
- Work with venue managers to foster harmonious relationships across the group, and assist with staff feedback, queries, and concerns
This is a pivotal leadership role for creating innovative change in the hospitality industry amongst highly experienced and motivated industry figures, and to grow and develop in an open-minded and dynamic environment which encourages forging new paths.
