As part of our UH-60M program, you'll help ensure the safe, secure, and efficient delivery of mission-critical logistics — all while protecting product integrity and upholding compliance standards.This isn't just a job — it's a chance to be part of a purpose-driven team where your skills directly support national security and performance excellence.RequirementsCoordinating the issue and management of facility access passes and permissions.Maintaining and overseeing access control lists for staff, contractors, and visitors.Managing and pre-approving visitor access in compliance with Security and Export/Import (EXIM) regulations.Delivering site induction training (Security, EHS, Emergency Procedures).
Monitoring and maintaining temperature-controlled storage areas to ensure product integrity.Performing and recording weekly temperature checks.Raising and tracking purchase requisitions for inventory supporting LMA maintenance and supply activities.Providing operational and administrative support across the project team, adhering to established procedures and guidelineAbout you:Manage site access and security clearance for staff, visitors, and contractors.Run compliance checks tied to Security, EXIM, and EHS standards.Lead onboarding for new team members with site induction training.Monitor and record weekly checks of temperature-controlled storage, protecting the integrity of key materials.Raise purchase requests and support supply chain activities.Report on logistics metrics and help drive continuous improvement.Support team operations in a high-performing, collaborative environment.Core QualificationsProven experience in a professional logistics or supply chain environment.Relevant diploma-level qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or a related discipline.Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret complex material management information.Valued ExperienceBackground in procurement or materials management processes.Working knowledge of Defence physical security protocols and compliance standards.Technical ProficiencyHigh-level computer literacy, including proficiency in tools for tracking logistics metrics and generating performance reports.Special Requirements:Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.A Veteran-friendly Workplace:Veterans are encouraged to apply.
