**About the role**:
Dovida looking for a Community Engagement Manager to perform a variety of duties to drive business growth for our Brisbane Central & Ipswich region.

This is a role where you would use your networking and interpersonal skills to engage with medical professionals, referral partners and members of the public to build and maintain relationships to make sure that Dovida's name is front of mind when considering home care providers.

**About you**:

- Experience in aged care highly desirable
- Experience in sales, networking, or business development
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to building trusting relationships

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research, identify and build relationships with new Referral Providers according to the established goals and annual networking plan
- Conducting one on one meetings and group presentations, using presentations and print materials to educate and inform referral providers about home care services and Home Instead
- Maintain accurate records of all contact details, notes on every interaction and all networking activities.
- Develop an annual networking plan to drive business development
