- Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure our venue shines, from atmosphere to cleanliness.
- Master booking and POS systems.
- Handle cash, operations, and high-pressure situations with ease.
- Drive staff training and uphold company standards.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 2+ years in a Gaming venue.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team-building.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ready to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends).
- RSA, Gaming License, and RSG Certificate required.
