Group Gaming Manager

Reporting directly to the Group Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a high standard of gaming operation with a strong focus on process, procedure, and compliance. Procedure development, staff training, and staff development are key priorities as the business expands.

Operating across three inner suburban venues, you will need to build a strong team culture, conduct inductions, and provide upskilling for existing and new staff.

Strong incentives are available to further develop existing trade for the successful candidate.

ABOUT YOU

Minimum five years of experience in a gaming management or supervisory role. Strong proficiency in gaming, excellent cash handling skills, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems on the go are essential. Knowledge of food and beverage operations is also a vital part of the role.

A proven track record in formalizing procedures, developing teams, and delivering skills training is required.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Victorian Gaming License, RSA, RSG, and TAB accreditation are mandatory.

First aid, food handling certificates, and food and beverage service skills are advantageous.
