We are currently looking for an experienced Hotel Leadership / Duty Manager. As an award-winning hotel, we are passionate about providing incredible and innovative food + beverage service. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Passionate about building and influencing Culture Management
- Manage departmental teams to ensure the highest level of customer service is offered across the venue to our clientele every visit
- Oversee the overall ambience of the Hotels facilities, the sounds, the smells, cleanliness and atmosphere, ensuring our quality standards.
- Master our digital bookings system 'Open Table' and have a proficient understanding of POS systems, specifically Bpoz
- Proven experience leading, managing, motivating and driving department teams from 2 - 20 members each to consistently reach overall venue KPI's
- The ability to make fast and accurate decisions under pressure and be able to think on your feet
- Lead company training policies and procedures
- Manage and understand cash movement throughout the hotel of each department inclusive of Gaming, TAB, Food and Beverage floats
- Computer literacy skills - in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Well-presented and a high level of professionalism
- Stand tall and proud of our company branding and philosophies
- Current RSA
- Current Gaming License and RSG Certificate
- Valid National Police Certificate
- Australian permanent residence
