About The Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Balaclava Hotel | Dream big with us Good food, good drinks and good people - what could be better? At ALH, our pubs are a place to escape and feel at home. Where stories are made and retold. And with passion on tap, our team adds to every pub's story. Our team is famous for being themselves and having a laugh. As a Food & Beverage Attendant no two days will be the same. In this fast paced role, you'll build lasting rapport with our guests by delivering tailored and authentic service.

A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Attendant

  • Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
  • Inform guests about ALH Loyalty Programs and their benefits and product offerings
  • Work across departments; training in the gaming area will be part of this role going forward
  • Contribute positively to a culture of safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance

About You

  • Great with people, detail and communication; motivated to create magic for guests and teammates
  • Flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
  • Current RSA certification
  • RCG and Gaming licence are a plus but not essential
  • Authentic, you'll be yourself – ALH is known for its people
