To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior Total Rewards Manager, specialising in Benefits across the APAC region for a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Regional Director of Remuneration and Benefits, here is a role where you will provide expert knowledge and serve as the main point of contact for Benefits to ensure market competitiveness, effectiveness and fairness. Your agenda will include review of Pension schemes, Employee Insurances, Wellbeing programs and more

**Responsibilities**
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Design, develop, implement, and support benefit programs across APAC Region
- Build relationship across region internally and externally with vendors to gain a deep understanding of local needs and translate to an attractive and effective program.
- Guide HR business partner, HR Operations in the launch and implementation of benefits program.
- Lead regional wide Wellbeing agenda, partner with Global Wellbeing TR teams developing customized tool and communication templates
- Design, participant benefits related survey and focus on continuous improvement in effectiveness, customer experience and communications.
- Design and manage benefits dashboard, share market trends of Benefits, actively provide data insight and solution to foreseen challenges.

**Qualifications** Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree above.
- Related working experience in C& B within a global matric environment, experience in consulting firm in benefits would be a plus.
- Familiar with local law and regulations
- Strong analysis skills
