We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and energetic office administrator to work within our sales and customer service team. This is a varied role where your skills will be utilised to drive the delivery of administrative processes and provide great customer service.
- Customer Service - Face to Face, Phone, online (e-commerce)
- Facilitate Click & Collect orders and assist walk-in customer
- Assist with any photo & video shooting and blog writing
- The general administrative or any other tasks to assist the sales and warehouse team member

**We are looking for**

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate
- A passion for excellent customer service
- Passionate in Gym & Gymnastic industry with basic gym or gymnastic equipment knowledge will be a must and advanced advantage
- High attention to detail and excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to take ownership of the role, whilst also working within a team environment
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
- Must be able to use digital tools and software

**Other advantageous attributes include**:

- Previous experience in E-commerce
- Previous experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience with Zendesk

**What is on offer**

- Job Type: Full time, Part time, Or Casual.
- Warehouse hours are: 10am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday, 10am - 1.30pm Friday and 12pm-5pm Sunday
- Salary commensurate with experience
