Front Desk Receptionist

The Opportunity

This role will suit someone who is happy to be the first point of contact for our organization. Based at the front reception desk, you will provide a professional and helpful experience to all customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and forwarding messages.
  • Picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Ordering staff uniforms & office supplies.
  • Supporting travel and accommodation requirements, accounts with AP/AR, data entry, and other ad hoc tasks as required.

Candidate's Qualifications & Attributes:

  • All-round abilities and a drive to learn more.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A practical 'hands on' person willing to help out wherever needed.
  • Attention to detail along with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to new software systems.
  • Previous experience with Google Docs will be helpful.
