**About You**
- Thanks to your experience in customer service, you know first impressions count and enjoy being the face customers see when they walk in. You may also have an interest in interior design or styling and are looking to kickstart your career in this field.
- No matter what, when you hear the phone ringing you drop it all to ensure customers feel front of mind and love being that 'glue' within the team. Whether it's work, study or home, you have a methodical checklist and calendar. You know who's where and doing what every day of the week.
- Finally, you believe success is in the details and understand it's the little things that can make someone's day, like a smile or offering a coffee, to help customers feel welcomed and valued.

**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers in a busy team. You'll look after the day to day of the showroom and warehouse by:

- Answering incoming phone calls from customers and directing their enquiries to the appropriate department
- Greeting high-end clients like architects, interior designers, and home renovators that visit the showroom and ensuring they are looked after by the appropriate sales consultant
- Ordering showroom and warehouse stationery supplies, reconciling sales and credit card receipts and completing bank deposits
