This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding creative team in a Production Coordinator role (ideally full time but open to part time) within a highly supportive and fun work environment.

Fine jewellery and gemstone production experience is a bonus but not a requirement as full training will be provided. We pride ourselves on having an inclusive, nurturing and fun work culture.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding creative team in a production role 4 - 5 days per week.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the production of bespoke rings and jewellery.
- Oversee the production of new collection designs.
- Customer communication and liaison throughout the production process.
- Quality control of jewellery.
- Liaise with jewellers, setters, CAD technicians and casting companies.
- Management of job timelines and life cycle of jobs.
- Monitor design parameters to ensure all jobs crafted to CW specifications and standards.
- Complete production reports to track profit/loss and delays.
- Complete/sell out finished pieces in Unleashed.
- Customer Service and care, working with customers through relevant repair processes.
- Complete regular pricing analysis and comparisons.
