**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and advice to clients on a range of jewellery products.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales environment.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, including new collections and trends.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in English and Mandarin** (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Proven **sales experience**, preferably in retail, with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.
- A genuine **interest in jewellery** and a passion for luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and driven attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
- Previous jewellery or luxury goods experience is a plus, but not essential.
