**Production Coordinator Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our creative team in a production coordinator role. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewellery and gemstone production, but full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will oversee the production of bespoke rings and jewellery, new collection designs, and customer communication throughout the production process. They will also be responsible for quality control of jewellery, liaising with jewellers, setters, CAD technicians, and casting companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of bespoke rings and jewellery.
  • Oversee the production of new collection designs.
  • Customer communication and liaison throughout the production process.
  • Quality control of jewellery.
  • Liaise with jewellers, setters, CAD technicians and casting companies.
  • Management of job timelines and life cycle of jobs.
  • Monitor design parameters to ensure all jobs crafted to CW specifications and standards.
  • Complete production reports to track profit/loss and delays.
  • Customer Service and care, working with customers through relevant repair processes.
