**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills will enable you to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be joining a supportive and positive culture within a fast-growing company in the recycling and circular economy field.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Sourcing, reviewing and revising documentation according to the needs of business operations.
- Drafting and revising legal agreements as per business requirements.
- Liaising with external organisations regarding changes to contractual obligations.
- Monitoring and advising on compliance with contractual obligations including revisions to existing contracts.
- Develop and review variations to contracts and projects.
- Liaising with a variety of internal stakeholders to drive tight deadlines and obtain information.
- Administrative duties.
- Ensure all requests are prioritised, managed and delivered according to timelines and client expectations.

**ABOUT YOU**
You must be a confident, driven and commercially astute individual who is motivated by client satisfaction. In addition you have:

- Proven experience working within a similar role.
- Strong business writing skills, formatting capabilities and an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills relative to teamwork and relationship building.
- Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
