Senior Contract Administrator Role

Are you a skilled professional with a strong background in contract administration? Do you have experience working on complex commercial or institutional refurbishment projects?

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Contract Adminstrator to join our team.

  • Full contract administration and financial oversight of multiple live projects
  • Managing head contracts and subcontractor packages, including procurement and scope definition
  • Preparing, tracking and managing variations, claims, and payment schedules
  • Cost reporting and forecasting in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Supporting compliance with all contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with commercial risk management and dispute resolution

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a Contract Administrator role, with recent experience at a senior level
  • Proven track record working on complex commercial or institutional refurbishment projects
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent understanding of construction contracts and cost control
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and reporting skills
