**Junior Contract Administrator - Commercial Fit-Out - CBD - Immediate Start - Temp-to-Perm**

**About the Company**

I am representing an established specialist commercial contractor in their search for a Contract Administrator to join their team. They work on a variety of commercial and mixed-use projects across Sydney.

**About the Role**

The successful Contract Administrator will be required to work closely with the commercial and project management team to assist with CA duties as well as tenancy coordination.

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate all paperwork and manage processes
- Tenancy Coordination
- Procurement of materials
- Process payments
- Liaise between site and office teams
- Take responsibility for invoicing and raising purchase orders
- Support project teams when needed

**Skills & Experience**
- Diploma or education in Construction or related fields
- Experience in working in a collaborative delivery team
- Strong organisational skills
- Good Computer skills including Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Must have full Australian working rights and are currently based in Sydney.
- This role would also suit a junior Site engineer
