Adelaide, South Australia Support Roles Full time

**Do you have a passion for supporting individuals to realise their full potential?**

**Can you support individuals to make choices and be in control of the decisions that affect their lives?**

**If you answered YES - then this could be the opportunity for you...**

**What do we do?**

Disability living (DLi) was established in 1984, providing long-term accommodation and support services for young adults with disabilities. Since then we have expanded our services to cater for all ages, offering In-home support, accommodation services, supported independent living and a variety of community inclusion services.

**What will you do?**

You will be part of a highly motivated and passionate Client Services Team. You will be actively making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities by assisting with daily living activities in their homes and the community. You will work in a variety of accommodation services, providing people with physical, mental and intellectual disabilities with support to live in an environment which maximises personal growth, independence and community integration.

**Who are you and what will you bring?**

You will bring a person-centred approach, placing the person at the centre of their service. You will work collaboratively, tailoring your approach to the needs of the individual. You will quickly establish rapport with clients and their families and have clear and effective communication skills. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy in case notes and record-keeping. You will have the flexibility to work over a 7-day roster and be available to work night shifts and attend regular training or meetings as required. Experience in mental health and positive behaviour management would be an added advantage.

**What's in it for you?**

You will get the opportunity to work in a values-led organisation with a supportive family-friendly environment. At DLi, we offer you training and professional development, a competitive salary and attractive salary sacrifice options.
