**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Digital Marketing Specialist role
- Proven experience in delivering digital projects within a global retailer
- Understanding of the basic technology underpinning platforms
- Proven ability in Developing Predictive models is highly regarded
- Ability to deliver end-to-end digital user experience, UX design experience highly regarded
- Skilled in web analytics and site reporting
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders and teams to deliver digital solutions
- Experience in planning, organising, managing and scheduling projects to adhere to timelines
- Ability to lead and coach a team is highly regarded
