About the Role

The Acquisition Performance Specialist is responsible for delivering qualified customer and sales growth via paid acquisition channels. You will develop and maintain strategic partnerships to maximise paid channels and drive profitable sales growth.

  • Proven experience in managing and optimising paid digital marketing with a strong foundation in paid search, programmatic advertising, and YouTube.
  • Creative flair and outside-the-box thinking to create innovative ways to reach customers.
  • Experience leveraging major technologies/platforms involved in delivering digital media programs, such as Google and programmatic advertising with an ability to adapt quickly to new software and technologies.
  • Exposure and confidence working with external agencies and internal marketing teams.
  • Experience driving segmentation analysis that drives business success.
  • Proven success in delivering a Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) positive digital marketing strategy.
  • Stakeholder Management – experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
