Swim School Manager

City Venue Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Swim School Manager** to lead and grow the Rackely's learn to swim program at **Acacia Ridge Aquatic Centre**.

This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a well-established swim school within a dynamic aquatic facility. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program, team leadership, customer engagement, and ensuring the highest standards of swim education and safety.

**About the Role**:
The Swim School Manager will oversee the daily operations of the entire facility, including program delivery, team management, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing financial matters. Key responsibilities include:

- ** Program Management**:Oversee the delivery of high-quality swim lessons for all age groups and skill levels, from babies to squad-ready swimmers.
- ** Team Leadership & Management**: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of swim instructors to ensure consistency in teaching quality and a positive learning environment.
- ** Community Focus**: Build and maintain strong relationships with the staff, community, parents, and children
- ** Customer Relations**:Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community; providing exceptional customer service.
- ** Business Development**: Actively seek opportunities to expand swim school offerings, promote swim teaching services, and seek new opportunities
- ** Financial Management**: Manage the swim school's budget, track key performance indicators, and report financial results to management.
- ** Facility Management**: Ensure the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. This includes overseeing maintenance and scheduling.
- ** Compliance**:Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including child safety regulations.

**Essential Qualifications (or willing to obtain)**:

- Swim Teaching Qualification (essential)
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Pool Lifeguard certifications (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one prior to commencing employment.
