Swimtastic Swim School is a family owned swim school based in Loganholme. We have a family friendly environment and a great group of staff, meaning we love our jobs.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to work on our busy afternoon shifts from 3:30pm to 6:45pm 2 to 3 afternoons a week.

You will support the management team by
- Taking new bookings
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting families when arriving for lessons, checking customer in and taking payment using Simply Swim software.
- Ad hoc admin duties as required including assisting with ensuring the overall presentation of the swim school
- General cleaning at end of shift

If you are looking for 6-12 hours per week then this may be the job for you. Previous experience in customer service, reception or admin is preferred.

You must be willing to obtain a blue card

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
