Reporting to the Head of HR, this role of HR Business Partner is responsible for managing and implementing the delivery of all people-related activity within the corporate white-collar side of the business, including finance, IT, sales and service of around 130 people. You will be providing strategic and operational advice to enable your corporate client groups to effectively source, manage, engage, and develop effective teams to meet the organisational and broader organisational change objectives.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Broad generalist HR experience as a HR business partner;
- Previous experience working with organisational change, including organisational design, cultural & behavioural change, coaching and developing talent;
- Ability to build relationships and influence leaders across the organisation effectively;
- Solid industrial relations and employee relations skills, ideally exposure to unionised environment;
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.

This is a five-day-per-week role that requires travel around various sites across greater Sydney, so a valid driver's licence and car are required. The Head Office is located at Macquarie Park, although there will be weekly trips out to the different sites. There is also a hybrid working from home, with a maximum of one day per week at home, a couple of days at Macquarie Park and the remainder of the week at the different sites.
