ResponsibilitiesEffectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and addressing tenant inquiriesProviding effective communication between Residential Rental Providers and RentersEnsuring timely rent collection and pursuing any necessary debt recovery actionsProviding regular updates and detailed financial reporting to Residential Rental Provider clientsCollaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvementsMaintaining comprehensive property and Renter records in accordance with legislative requirementsEnsure compliance with minimum standards and safety checksCoordinate repairs for the property portfolio and communicate with contractorsConducting rent reviews and lease renewalsComplete Condition Reports, Routine Inspection Reports and Exit Reports for portfolioOpen for inspections, if requiredIssue resolution and mediation of any disputesVCAT applications and attendanceWorking towards KPIs and targetsRequirementsExperience as a Property Manager, preferably in the residential leasing and property management sectorStrong working knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies ActExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clientsA results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving key performance indicatorsProficiency in using property management softwareA current Victorian driver\'s licence and a clear police checkBenefitsExcellent salary packageSocial ClubProperty Management reward daysGreat team supportIf you think you would be suitable, apply now
