We are seeking a dedicated MMA and Boxing Instructor to join our dynamic team at Westside MMA in Ravenhall, Victoria. This part-time role offers the opportunity to inspire and empower our students through the art of Boxing and MMA in a supportive and inclusive environment.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct engaging and safe MMA and Boxing classes for students of all skill levels
- Develop and implement innovative training programs to help students improve their technique, fitness, and confidence
- Provide personalised feedback and guidance to ensure students are progressing in their MMA and Boxing journey
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and inclusive class atmosphere
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and ready for use
- Collaborate with the broader team to contribute to the overall growth and development of Westside MMA

**What we're looking for**
- Extensive experience in MMA and Boxing with a deep understanding of the sports
- Proven ability to effectively teach and coach individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle various situations in a dynamic environment
- Passion for fitness, combat sports, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in combat sports, personal training, or a related field
- A friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor
