Due to the addition of new business and internal movement we are looking for experienced International Logistics specialists who enjoy working with clients and managing portfolios.

**The Opportunity**

This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in an international logistics / customs brokerage industry.

Previous exposure to international shipping documentation and processes would be ideal. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual who is a quick learner. You will use your great communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

**Job duties will include**:

- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system, per KPI's and standards.
- Ensure timely receipt of delivery orders from airlines, shipping lines and external forwarders.
- Ensure timely dispatch of delivery orders to respective transport service providers & external forwarders.
- Assist with monitoring the Cash Sales and Disbursement reports and chasing up payment.
- Ensure SOP and rate schedules are up to date and correct.
- Manage reconciliation of detention & storage invoices to ensure accurate billing to customers.
- Manage additional billing performance within regional/branch standards
