Main responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and submitting customs declarations
  • Performing defined procedures and processes with precision and thoroughness
  • Maintaining timely commitments and meeting deadlines
  • Verifying data and conducting procedural checks against predetermined processes or criteria to guarantee accuracy and quality
  • Investigating and resolving issues or exception situations using systems or equipment
  • Evaluating options, escalating, and obtaining approvals for solutions outside established parameters
  • Validating and completing accurate and timely reporting
  • Inputting data into company systems
  • Ensuring accuracy of own and others' data and conducting checks on system to ensure data integrity
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance and required approvals are sought throughout processes
