**Role Purpose**
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Communications Manager, you will manage key pieces of marketing communication, the associated objectives, strategy, creative, execution and measurement
**Key Responsibilities**
- Run key campaigns and always-on comms across bought, owned and earned channels
- Manage and produce key components end to end (eg advertising) and deliver assets to other specialist channel teams to execute.
- Manage the detailed media plan to support each activity.
- Manage the associated budgets to deliver, including production and media.
- Produce excellent agency briefs with key insights and business/brand objectives and manage the process to completion.
- Deliver excellence in all our creative assets, including art direction, permanent marketing properties and campaign executions, whether delivered directly by you or by separate specialist teams.
- Link together all strands of the campaign and activity and see where synergies can be achieved.
- Engage and drive other owned channel managers to deliver overall campaign excellence
- Take accountability for delivery of all work regardless of channel and take ownership of always-on comms responsibilities, including managing the approach and end to end production
- Work directly with key third parties (eg Brand Ambassadors, talent) as necessary
- Lead tier 2 briefs and manage end to end, with full accountability from instigation, timeline, creative and production across all channels
**What you bring to the role**
- Comms and campaign management, including role and best practice for each channel (e.g. advertising, PR, social, in-store etc)
- The process from objectives and briefing to strategic and creative evaluation, production and measurement
- Media - including buying best practice and budgetary control
- Financial best practice - budgeting, forecasting, reporting
- Agency best practice - what good briefs look like, evaluating work, getting the best out of partnerships
- How to use Insights
- How to be legal and mitigate risk
- Talent/ambassador management
- Experience in all of the above, whether client or agency side
- This is not a 9-5 kind of role. Given the nature of the work, you will often be required to work and respond outside traditional hours. Having said that, building flexibility for a healthy work/life balance and to allow for personal commitments is very important and actively encouraged as part of this role.- There will be some full days and some part-days each week when you will need to be based in the Greenhouse in Surry Hills.- Managing and attending film and photography shoots is also required for this role. Shoots can take place overnight, on weekends and on locations locally, interstate or internationally.#LI-Hybrid
