As a Strategic Marketing Planner, you will be part of a fast-paced team driving collective achievement and individual excellence in the Consumer Marketing sector. The team supports priority areas of Marketing and Corporate Affairs, working closely with other CommBank teams to deliver shared priorities and consistency across marketing campaigns.

About the Role

This dynamic role requires you to support Senior Managers and Executive Manager to drive excellence across the Consumer Marketing team. You will focus on key areas to deliver collective and individual achievement, including culture, capability, enablement, and strategy.

You will help build a culture where the team feels empowered and inspired to do meaningful and career-defining work. Additionally, you will coordinate activities across Consumer Marketing to deliver shared priorities of the business and drive efficiency of marketing campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Senior Manager, Planning & GTM to shape and deliver strategic priorities of Consumer Marketing.
  • Cordinate projects across a matrixed organisation to drive best outcomes with an Enterprise mindset.
  • Support cross-team reporting and analysis and communicate insights.
  • Help shape the culture of the team by delivering the engagement and culture plan of Consumer Marketing.
  • Coordinate join planning process for Consumer Marketing to derive benefits of agile.
  • Coordinate capability program that empowers and upskills the Consumer Marketing Team.
  • Manage operational efficiency of the team.
  • Cordinate GTM planning across retail team to optimise impact, ROI, and collaboration across different teams.
