About The Role
AsAssistant Store Manager, you\'ll play a key role in the success of theBooragoonstore.
You\'ll lead from the front, bringing energy, passion, and drive, while coaching and developing the next generation of retail talent.
You\'ll also have the chance to treat the store like your own business, with access to KPI and Profit & Loss reporting to help you boost sales and control costs.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
Coach and develop individuals and teams to maximise performance.
Utilise KPI and Profit & Loss reporting to drive sales, control costs, and optimise store performance.
Skills And Experience
Previous experience in Assistant Store Management or Supervisory roles
Background in fashion, footwear, or accessories preferred
Strong stock management experience
Motivated and enthusiastic, with a hands-on approach
Able to inspire and lead a sales-driven team
Confident coaching and developing individuals and teams
Passionate about building a long-term retail career
