- Position: Creative Lead
- Wage: $40 per hour (negotiable)
- Location: In-house at our Coorabell office

**About the Role**:
This is a casual employment position, where you will be responsible for defining and executing the creative direction of the company's brand, marketing, and content creation. You'll work closely with the director and small team, working hands on to create effective and on-brand content and messaging that resonate with our community of clients, coaches, and potential customers. Your work will drive the visual and emotional appeal of our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative & Brand Strategy**:
- Lead the creative implementation of the company's branding and ensure it aligns with our mission, values, and customer needs.
- Ensure all brand assets (logos, typography, colors, etc.) are consistent across platforms and touchpoints.
- Ensure the business is at the leading edge of the market through thorough understanding of competitor behaviour and trends.
- Identify market opportunities and niches for expansion.
- Identify brand/content weaknesses and work with the director to implement solutions.
- Set goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
**Content Creation, Web & Design**:
- Conceptualize and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Oversee and amend the design and user experience of the company's website, ensuring it is visually engaging, easy to navigate, and aligned with our brand.
- Work with the development team to optimize the digital experience for lead generation, conversions, and client retention.
- Regularly refresh website visuals and content to keep the site up-to-date and engaging.
- Lead the creation of ad creatives for paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring they are aligned with brand strategy and optimized for performance.
**Operations**:
- Manage the daily operations of the business and work closely with the director, ensuring optimal function and providing hands on mentoring where necessary
- Oversee the development, production and launch of online courses, ensuring aesthetic quality, brand coherence and market relevance.
- Oversee the production and distribution of The Pete Isaia Podcast, in line with the Business and Marketing Strategy.
- Coordinate with the director and relevant team members to ensure timely delivery of materials.
**Financial Management**:
- Manage the company's creative budget, allocating resources effectively.
- Monitor financial performance, ROI's and identify areas for improvement.
**Team Leadership and Management**:
- Provide leadership and direction to the team, inspiring a positive and highly-productive work environment.
- Set clear expectations and goals for employees, and provide regular feedback and coaching where necessary.
- Utilise and manage task management software to keep the team accountable and on track with the project goals and creative production requirements.
**Marketing and Sales**:
- Work with the director to develop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and strategy development to optimise profitability and product function.
- Provide coaching to the director on social media content creation and social media presence.
**Technology and Infrastructure**:
- Evaluate and implement technology solutions to support the creative business operations and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to online education platforms and the online coaching space.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Regularly review and refine processes to optimise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead a culture of continuous learning and professional development among team members.
**Applicant requirements**:
- 5+ proven years in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for brand growth and manage a small team to optimise ROI.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
