We are hiring for our Events team at The Star Gold Coast When it comes to putting on a show for our customers, you don't get much better Our busy Events Department accommodates a range of conventions, exhibitions, functions Galas, weddings, and special events.

As an Event Logistics team member you role will be in a 'general duties' position which supports the setup, pack down & equipment movement for Events throughout the property. Duties would include setting up and packing down tables, bars, drink stations, buffets, stages, various floor coverings, walls, curtains, partitions and retractable seating.

**About you**

This is a physical role, therefore the main criteria for this role is energy, enthusiasm and physical fitness. You will need to possess a 'can do attitude', have the ability to work under pressure to demanding time frames, have attention to detail, be customer focused and be available to work a variety of shifts between Monday to Sunday.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to work within a team and communicate efficiently
- An understanding of safe work practices and the ability follow procedures and processes
- A current Forklift Licence, Traffic Control and Pallet Jack experience (advantageous but not required)
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
