Event Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Event Logistics Coordinator to support the setup, pack down & equipment movement for Events throughout our property.

The role involves physically moving and strategically placing events furniture and equipment, maintaining guest focus in all services, ensuring timely, effective and efficient delivery. You will also be required to interpret and understand event orders and banquet set up instructions, liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in events, logistics and/or hospitality
  • Forklift Licence is required, Traffic Control and Pallet Jack experience advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work within a team and communicate efficiently
  • An understanding of safe work practices and the ability to follow procedures and processes
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
  • Flexible availability over a 7 day roster
