Event Logistics Job Opportunity

Are you looking for a role that involves setup, pack down, and equipment movement for events? As an event logistics team member, your duties will include supporting the execution of events throughout our property.

This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise in event logistics and contribute to the success of our team.

  • Interpret and understand event orders and banquet set up instructions
  • Move and strategically place event furniture and equipment
  • Maintain guest focus in all services, ensuring timely delivery and efficient service
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required
About the Role

We are seeking someone with:

  • Proven experience in events, logistics, and/or hospitality
  • Forklift Licence required, Traffic Control and Pallet Jack experience advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work within a team and communicate efficiently
  • An understanding of safe work practices and ability to follow procedures and processes
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
  • Flexible availability over a 7-day roster

You will need:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
  • Forklift Licence and traffic control certification (advantageous)
