**Position Description: Program Manager - SAP HCM Program**

**The Company**:
This organization is looking for a SAP HCM Program Manager to join them on an exciting journey to deliver an End to End HCM Program.

12-18 months contract role with high likeness to extend.

Preferrably based in Perth, open to Melbourne or Adelaide

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the end-to-end delivery of the HCM Program.
- Plan and design the Program, proactively monitor progress, and resolve issues.
- Lead project identification, establishing interdependencies, and managing multiple key stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze and communicate emerging trends, developing strategic responses.
- Manage project teams, acting as a point of escalation for issue resolution.
- Prepare Steering Committee presentations and provide status reporting.
- Monitor and manage scope, budget, and schedule for projects within the program.
- Ensure project outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and with desired quality.

**To succeed in the role**:

- Minimum of 5+ years as a Program Manager, managing SAP HCM projects across complex organizations.
- Extensive experience in SAP HR process improvement programs
- Must have previous SAP SuccessFactors implementation experience, including LMS - learning and development module.
- Ability to self-manage and meet critical deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated vendor management experience.
- Experience delivering projects using prescribed project management methods and tools.
- Strong commercial acumen.

**Critical Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Degree qualifications in IT.
- Project Management qualification (e.g., PMBOK, Prince2).
- Program Management qualification (e.g., MSP).
