**Role**:
Joining our Risk team in this newly created position, you will be working closely with the Manager of Risk Architecture & Governance to drive and uplift the use of risk data, whist maintaining oversight of the quality and clarity of reporting. You will be assisting in activities to support Management and Board Risk Committee reporting cycles, liaising directly with Executive Managers and Executive General Managers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support timely and insightful reporting to assist the management of risk across IAG's material risk classes.
- Support and develop IAG's risk oversight processes to ensure risk management within IAG is practical and effective.
- Ensure appropriate and effective communication across the risk family and the organization to support IAG's strategic objectives.
- Provide input and support for scheduled and ad hoc risk reporting at all levels of the Group including Management and Board committees and the Group Risk Leadership team.
- Support the annual review and maintenance of key Risk items including the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS).
- Work closely with the wider Risk team to ensure alignment and consistency of risk oversight for the risk classes.
- Develop risk reporting to ensure that it leverages enhancements in risk data quality and availability to provide timely and powerful input to Management and Board.
- Identify and develop opportunities to improve existing reporting content, formats and processes.
- Assist with risk initiatives and deliverables, including preparation and management of ad-hoc risk data and reporting requirements in response to regulatory or other external requests.

**Skills & Experience**
- A demonstrable level of industry experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
- Strong willingness to learn, acquire new skills, continually enhance existing skills and exhibit flexibility.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work to challenging deadlines.
- Experience in the delivery of Executive and Board Level reporting or dashboards (quantitative and qualitative) and analytics.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and broader groups to achieve common goals.
- Proven ability to actively remain informed of changes in external environment and to translate that into internal environment communication.
- A tertiary degree or an equivalent level of relevant industry experience.
