Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Disability Service Coordinator based in Adelaide, SA.
The Disability Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing and organizing services for individuals with disabilities.
Day-to-day tasks include developing personalized support plans, coordinating with various support teams and external agencies, handling operations management tasks, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
The coordinator will also facilitate effective communication between all parties involved and provide compassionate care to clients.
Qualifications
Service Coordination skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Operations Management experience
Excellent Customer Service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with families and support networks
Empathy and sensitivity in handling cases with mental health histories and forensic challenges
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
Experience in the disability services sector is essential.
Overseeing Team Leaders supporting your assigned clients.
Participate in Management Meetings each week.
