**Your Opportunity**:
**As the Administrative Officer you will**:
Contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.
The Administrative Officer reports to the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate.
**About the Role**:
As the Administrative Officer your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform a variety of day to day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or the Business Manager.
- Prepare reports, forms and other correspondence.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. school and departmental staff, parents, students, and community members); provide information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives; and demonstrate empathy, emotional understanding and support.
- Student attendance/roll marking.
- Other duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the Principal, Business Manager or nominated delegate.
**About You**:
- Experience using OneSchool is highly regarded.
When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.

- Exceptional customer service and the ability to work individually in a fast-paced working environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of OneSchool is preferred.
- Supports productive working relationships and communicates with influence.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) including the ability to communicate messages clearly and concisely, to deliver quality service outcomes for the school community.
- Displays personal drive and integrity and achieves results.
- Performs under limited direction, with the capacity to develop the organisational skills and ability to manage multiple task, prioritise work demands and meet deadlines.
