We are looking for a full time experienced front of house leader. Juniper is a fast paced venue with small seasonal menu.

Juniper is an eatery based in South Melbourne across from the market. We are a small professional team offering welcoming dine in service 7 days.

Juniper is the sister store to our Carlton location, Florian Eatery.

At Juniper we have a small team that is focused on making our space warm, professional and inviting. We all take great interest in food and wine. Our cafe is based around seasonal produce and celebrating it with a small menu and evolving fresh counter items. We are looking for someone who has experience in staff management and venue management.

The role is full time with the expectation of a working one weekend day. We work closely with our staff for life balance. Our hours are 8-3pm 7 days.

We are looking for a manager with,
- Experience in running and maintaining a venue
- Fast paced service
- An eye for detail in a space and personal presentation
- An interest in cooking, food and wine
- A personality that likes to work closely with a small friendly team
- Promptness and neat presentation
- Ability to guide staff with direction and communication
- Staff training and upskilling and improved systems
- Organizational skills and initiative
- Good communication skills that relate to staff management
- Rostering knowledge
- Experience using Square and Deputy
