**Who are we?**

The Park Hotel Werribee is an on-trend Eatery, Bar, Function & Entertainment Venue looking for an experienced enthusiastic individual to join our senior management team. We are seeking a Front Of House Manager to join our fast-paced, exciting environment and become a unique part of the Western Suburbs - One that has become a community hub for people who love great beer, amazing food, awesome company and a great time.

**Who are you?**

Someone who has Front Of House Management experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, who loves delivering great service as well as mentoring our team, can maintain an incredible balance of getting things done AND delivering an epic experience to our customers.

**We are seeking someone who has, some, most or all of the following**:

- Management experience within the hospitality industry;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to talk to everyone from all different walks of life and the want to work as part of a social & engaging team;
- Have a hands on leadership style;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- The ability to mentor, drive and train our team;
- Be able to think quickly and resolve problems;
- Be organised & have the ability to prioritise;
- Experience dealing with patrons & security;
- A high attention to detail;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (up to date);
- Well presented, good personal hygiene;
- 'Can do' attitude;
- Desire to learn and grow;
- Availability to work full time including weekends & public holidays;
- Own means of transportation;
