Front of House Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our front of house team as a host. The role involves creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.

This unique eatery offers a blend of world flavours in a casual and communal setting, providing exceptional service that makes guests feel like locals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating guests promptly and efficiently
  • Managing reservations and tables with ease
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced and team-based environment

We require someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, experienced in a front of house or bar environment, able to work well under pressure and as part of a team, flexible and able to work nights and weekends, and presentable and professional at all times.
