About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Conveyancer or Paralegal to join our team as a key member of our property department. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing conveyancing files from initial instruction through to settlement, handling residential and commercial property transactions with precision and efficiency.
You will work closely with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and stress-free process. Our team values excellence, innovation, and client care, and we are seeking someone who shares these values and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage conveyancing files independently from initial instruction through to settlement.
Handle residential and commercial property transactions with precision and efficiency.
Liaise directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Prepare documentation, correspondence, and PEXA settlements.
Provide exceptional client care, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
Work closely with the property team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal in Queensland.
Proven ability to manage conveyancing files independently from A–Z.
High-level organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction.
Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PEXA.
