About Our Role

As a Property Conveyancing Associate, you will be part of an award-winning team based on the Gold Coast.

Your New Position

  • Assist the property and commercial team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Process settlements through electronic platforms.
  • Liaise with authorities, practitioners, and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and client communication in a professional manner.
  • Contribute to end-of-month billing processes.
  • Support the reception and administrative teams with various tasks.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a related role or industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A high level of organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
