Job Details
This is a full-time role for an experienced Conveyancer or Paralegal who wants to take ownership of files, build strong relationships, and enjoy the lifestyle benefits of living and working in Bundall.
Key Responsibilities
Manage conveyancing files from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring precision and efficiency in residential and commercial property transactions.
Liaise directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional client care and ensure a smooth process.
Prepare documentation, correspondence, and settlements using PEXA, while maintaining autonomy over matters.
Work closely with the property team to contribute to the success of the practice through initiative and professionalism.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal in Queensland, with proven ability to manage files independently from start to finish.
High-level organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PEXA, with a proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
