**Our Client**
Our client is a leading resources firm with a global reputation and strong national presence across Australia. They currently have a rare opening for a HR Advisor / Generalist to join their Site based team on a FIFO basis.

**Description**
Reporting to the HR Superintendent, your duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Offering Generalist HR guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Working closely with the Site Construction Managers and leadership group to support day to day operations
- Support the management team with policy and procedure development
- Employee Relations; resolving issues, conflicts, performance management and disciplinaries
- Driving best practice and conducting internal investigations when required
- Assisting the wider business with general HR queries and requests
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, enterprise agreements, legislation and regulations

**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a similar capacity
- Knowledge and understanding of the resources sector
- Proven transactional generalist experience, with a dedicated focus on performance management
- Outstanding organisation skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication style and ability
- Excellent use of own initiative
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office suite skills
